Best Exfoliants for the face and body?

I'm talking about two separate products, of course.
I need a good facial exfoliant that won't make my skin red, irritated or cause broken caps. I plan to start Taz this winter, but wanted maybe a physical exfoliant for now.

Then, I'm needing a good body scrub that can really get the flakies off. Doesn't have to be for sensitive skin.

This wash cloth is amazing for exfoliating, I bought one for all my friends and everyone loves them. So super cheap too instead of always buying a scub.

For the face, this is probably gentler than what your looking for the clarisonic brush is great for daily exfoliating.
