it depends. is it something you are comfortable in and is your "style"? It's very girly and young looking.

I love it! It looks sassy and cute without being "too provocative". I agree with Robin, though, you must be comfortable to pull it off. Love the shoes, as well.

It's an OK outfit for an 18 year old to wear at a music festival. Also, too much flesh.

I'd go for a jumpsuit (non-revealing) with a lightweight smart-casual jacket and let the heels do the talking.

It definitely says you looking for some fun...open for business.

But it is summer. Depends on the venue

So you haven't answered whether this is something YOU feel is your style, and you would feel comfortable with.

For a first date, you want the focus to be on you, not on how bare you are.

What do you want to convey with how you are dressed? Because per Chris's point, this does send a certain message...

I wear short things all the time I'm just worried if it looks sharp . After 2 minutes of talking to me anyone would realize I'm not that kind of gal . I was thinking if either a light blue wedge or gold gladiators depending on time of day

If you wear short and want to show your legs I would wear something more covered on the top. Also maybe less ruffles? It's very cute but something I'd rather wear to a beach party.
You can wear shorts with a top maybe?

I think overall, the key is to make sure that you look like you haven't tried too hard, specifically to look young and sexy.

Summer gives people a license to try out dodgy gear. That doesn't mean you have to follow suit.

With fashion, everything's in the power of suggestion.

I agree with ML and Q.

If you like to wear short, then it shouldn't also be bare on top (or super tight).
