I'm not the best at judging facelifts but she looks pretty good ! I also appreciate how she's so open about the work she had done.

Good for her for choosing a facelift rather than following the Orange County filler crowd.

she says she is two weeks postop. that's a lot of swelling still making her look good.

last season or the season before she had ulthera on the show and said it was like having a "mini lift". i wonder if she had done it more than once.

it will be interesting to see what she looks like once all the swelling goes away.

His pics are OK, not great. and they don't say how far postop they are....

I agree. People are so afraid of facelifts they are willing to distort their faces with filler. She said she just had the staples removed behind her ear?

I've never heard of a meticulous surgeon using staples for a facelift.

She looks very good for two weeks out. I was so bruised and swollen I looked like a monster at two weeks and could barely open my mouth to squeak.
She was right to not go the filler route and get pulled instead.

2 weeks post ops facelift doesn't reveal anything at all.

you have all that diffuse swelling that's misleading at that early post op period.

I don't know why she omits the eye job. In all of her interviews she says a lower face lift only when clearly she did the eyes too. She does look good in the interview with Andy but she is wearing too much makeup.

I think she looks that age - give and take a couple of years - why do you think she looks older?

Her makeup is very thick, harsh and aging, and her hair is kind of brassy and fried. That super dark tan reminds me of the Harold Robbins book covers from the 80's - women with bleached hair and very tanned (like leather) skin. I think if she were a little less tan, wore lighter/softer makeup and had caramel color highlights instead of that brassy-bleached blond she'd look younger.

A "lower lift" is a facelift. she had a necklift too

when people do midface lifts or browlifts, those are additional procedures and are not considered part of a "regular" facelift

Exactly. She may also be trying to minimize her procedure to avoid judgment. Like "I didn't have a full facelift." Or her doctor calls it that to make it less scary for the patient.

I don't know what her ears looked like before but in one of her pictures her ear looks like it now runs almost perpendicular to her jawline.

Yes, to me she looks mid 50's. It's the sun damage or suntan skin. She also seems weathered like she's been through a lot. I'm 39 and it's hard to picture that she's my contemporary. I've watched her on the show too.
