I'm taking 8 mg of pregnenolone and 8 mg of DHEA daily. i'm seeing good gains (anabolic).

what do you guys think? should i keep on? pros and cons?

i'm training really a lot and i have made decent gains, perhaps also due to this supplementation? this is a pic my pt took recently

Were you training hard and not making gains... and then started supplementing and results changed?

no not really. i was already making gains however i think in the last days gains are much more dramatic, could be placebo though. my pt concurs with me though even if he says he doesn't know much about them

You looks great.

Limb lengthening...well with all the extreme surgeries you've done I wouldn't put that one past you, but don't do it , your legs will never be as strong again. I think ray peat took some kind of supplements and grew a few inches like in his 40s. Don't recall what it was. I should try it lol.

lamb! thank you so much. for your words but also for mentioning peat! it changed my life! i'm now taking dhea + preg as per topic, also animal thyroid (nature throid) + vitamin D (100,000 iu) + this supplement: http://www.novasaluslab.it/t-support/

i also changed my diet a bit...do you think this seems like a good plan??


some incredibly beautiful girls have told me that if i were taller i would be "one of the hottest guy i know" or stuff like that. so yeah; but still what you said is legit....tough

Yea I think one of them was dhea. You're welcome :) I'm honestly not to deep in to his work, more his basic principles, but there's a few fb groups that can get really technical and detailed.
