There has been very little research regarding long term DMAE use, and I am very hesitant to recommend anything with potential drug like effects on the body, particularly with changing the brain chemistry. Personally, I would not risk it. Most body building supplements are ridiculous and have absolutely no legitimate science backing it up. In terms of nutrition, things that are helpful for the appearance are essential fatty acids GLA, DHA, and EPA, antioxidants (A, C, E, selenium), lots of pure water, lots of colorful fruits and veggies, lean organic protein, and unrefined low glycemic load carbohydrates. Avoiding caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and artificial "foods" will also help. Supplementing your esential fatty acids, a quality multi vitamin, and a super food like chlorella will help beautify the skin from the inside out.

I put a drop DMAE-H3 in my shake everyday. As for bodybuilding supplements, creatine has been proven to help and plus it also good for the skin.
