I had a phone consultation with both Doctors. DR G saw all my close up pics (about 10 to be exact in all Diff. Profile angle views) And said "Quite Frankly i dont think anything is wrong with your nose and your nose is quite fine to me" I couldnt belive this guy, And this is suppose to be the PS people on this board label "The BEst", give me a break. I know my nose is farrrrrrrrrrr from perfect actully my nose has alot of flaws with very thick skin. I also had a consultaion with Dr rizk over the phone and he said i needed a couple of things done to my nose and the total with everything would be $17,000!!!!. To be honest im totally discouraged with both of these PS. I know DR Rizk can get the job done with out a doubt but i mean $17,000. Wowsers thats a little to much what do you guys think???? These were my top 2 PS that i narrowed down to do my rhinoplasty.

Sorry nyc for your discouraging news :( Wish I had some advice or words of encouragement. If you feel comfortable posting a pic than please do. So strange how your opinion differs so much from Dr.G. . . . And, wow, $17.000 is steep for Dr.Rizk.

I just think it's better to be able to clarify an outcome you would like to have or clarify what is bothering you. Former better done with a morph and use that as a discussion spring board to see 'if' the doc is on same page or 'if' he could do that. A lot of docs will find an area 'fine' if you ask their aesthetic opinion but don't really clarify exactly what you want to change.

As Chris points out, you could get more board feedback if you posted a photo. So, ya, Guyuron is well liked here and Rizk has a 'buzz' to him. But those 2 things don't or might not 'resolve' to either of those doctors being the right one for you.
