I think model Alessandra Ambrosio is gorgeous and I especially like her nose. Does it look natural or tweaked?

Everyth8ng else looks a bit tweaked so maybe her nose is too. It's a very nice nose in any case

She looks great. Being from Brazil, where cosmetic surgery is even more common place than it is in the states, and the fact that she's a model, it's almost safe to assume that she's had some surgical intervention.

My guess is that she had a slight tweak, like a bump removed.
Sarah, what do you mean by everything else? What do you think she's had done besides lips? Brow lift maybe?

I'm no doc, but my guess is: it HAS to be tweaked! In fact, if her nose has not been tweaked, I will eat .... MY nose! Seriously. Flawless. How can that possibly be in the world of Mother Nature?

I dunno. she started modeling from a young age and she doesn't seem to have changed much. she's talked about having otoplasty when she was a very young girl but that's about it I think. good genes I would say. Found a photo of her when she was younger. Looks pretty much the same. Her boyfriend is cute too.

AA is stunning and her nose is awesome.
It suspect tip-plasty. Here's why:
If you look at the two white/shiny spots at the very tip of her nose you will see notice that these are at the very edge near the sides and just after it dips very quickly. This is a sign of dome devision and suturing. It can often lead to some bosae as the white spots show. The fact that she also has some bifidity indicates domes that were wider apart previously ( you will rarely see bifidity with natural tiny tips - bifidity is associated with more bulky tips).
You will also see that when she smiles there is not a smooth transition form tip domes to ala (several dips) wich indicates some strain (unnatural). Also the fact that the tip is the narrowest part of all of bridge indicates manipulation - natural noses are almost never like this.
I really see the best type of nose job here: one that is elegant, refined, and especially important no attempt to keep tip smooth and bloby. A hate round bloby tips with a vengence!!!!!!!

You may be right but I don't think she had that much refining. I think most people would not be able to achieve those results if they had excess projection or thick skin.

Now I may need to put my bifocals on for a better look, but in that shot of her in the white shirt, she clearly looks like her nose is significantly wider - from top to bottom. It looks like she had some bridge narrowing AND the tip job. I'm gonna put money on it - 50 cents. And I'll toss in another dime that she's had a boob job. Or did the tooth fairy drop them under her pillow at the age of 7?

So I noticed in these recent shots of AA that she has big earlobes. Found this little tidbit on wikipedia: Ambrosio was always insecure about her large ears and at eleven had cosmetic surgery to get her ears pinned back, though two years later she suffered complications. In 2006 she appeared on The Tyra Banks Show, and said that the surgery was a bad experience and has discouraged her from ever getting plastic surgery again.
So maybe the nose is natural? Either way, I'd still settle for the big ears if the face came with it.

Is those last pics especially her nose looks pretty different from when she was yonyer. Also she lost alot of her buccal fat, but cheeks look higher probs from som filler. Yeah her ears ar fuuuuuuhqed uuuuup
