When HC was in one of the sexiest music videos of all time, Wicked Game, she was absolutely gorgeous. At 42, she is still beautiful but it looks like she has sun damage on her face, neck and chest. It may have contributed to her cheeks drooping too. I did a quick fix on her face and I think the lifting and helps her look more youthful. I wouldn't mind looking like her, even with the sun damage.

Looks like sun damage to me. Her neck is also aged.

I remember watching that Wicked Game video when it first came out and being in awe of her beauty. Can't believe it's been almost 20 years since that video! Here's a link to it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-oaHHrNQVrgAnd yes I definitely agree with the sun damage. I noticed it myself earlier today while looking at pics of her with Kate Bosworth.

Wonder why someone with her money and access to the best surgeons, derms, etc. would leave her skin looking like that? Especially when she has made money off her looks for all these years. I think she needs to lose the bangs and go all one length and longer like she had when she was younger.

That sun damage could be fixed so easily too. She has a very large and beautifully shaped skull which enhances her looks IMO. She still is very lovely and I love her eyes. CB you did a great morph, as usual!

Yes very nice work Cybergirl. You actually made her look better then she ever looked even young.
She does have beautiful eyes but always had the low slung droopy cheeks and overall neglected appearance. Never much cared for her. Reminds me of uma thurman - also far from my favourite.

Reminds you of Uma Thurman??? I don't see it. Helena's cheeks were higher as a young model.

I always found Helena extremely beautiful, her eyes are specially captivating. still think she looks great as she got older, just that she seems like she doesn't care to much about her looks.
as for the Sun Damage, does anyone have tips on how to get rid of it , without using Hidroquinone?

Her cheeks are falling, just like Cameron Diaz's. Is there anything that can be done to falling cheeks in the middle of your face?

I don't know if a midface lift would be the best procedure for her, since her cheeks have always been low set, even when she was younger. But when she was younger, the top part of the cheek was more filled with fat/collagen (which degrades faster in this area it seems with time), so it looked as if she had high cheeks, but I don't think she ever did. If you look at her profile or 3/4 pics, the top part of her cheek doesn't curve much, and the fullness is always towards the middle, in most of her young pics. So it seems that she never had much anterior projection (forward) in her malar bone, but mostly at the sides. Her face is unusual, maybe due to her heritage. Maybe a mfl could help a bit, but I don't think she has the typical facial aging which requires a mfl. Her tear trough area is not really falling, imo. It's just that her cheeks which were always low to begin with, seem a bit lower now, since she seems to have lost fat in the upper cheek area, or undereye/cheek area. If she got that filled, she could look younger. Or maybe small cheek implants in that area? I don't know if that can be done, but since she never had strong frontal cheekbone there, she probably just needs fat or some other filler to get back the youthful look.

She's a supermodel. There is no excuse to let her skin look that way when it can be fixed relatively easily. I could not imagine walking around with my skin looking like that... but I am kind of obsessed with my skin.
