You are right MissJ - I had no wrinkles when I did my first round of Fraxel - I did it for acne scarring - however it did "tighten" my skin - I did get hyper pigmentation which took a long while to resolve. The "down time" was ridiculous - about 3 days - at the end of the week my skin looked amazing. I am always hoping that something similar to Fraxel sans the hyper pigmentation factor comes into the market - and also if they did it under anesthesia - It was so painful I was screaming through the procedure.

The scar on his chest from rib harvest is exactly why I've been trying to avoid having a rib graft!

Yes I noticed that.....looks a little hypertrophic. I remember in one of his TV programmes he said he wasn't happy about it.
