Well, I know when I used the Latisse stuff, I got a DENT under my lower lash line, I guess from the stuff getting on there even though I put it to upper lash line. Basically, the stuff dissolved fat there (which I wanted to stay there). Latisse was marketed as eyelash growth stimulater based on eyelash growth was SIDE EFFECT of a GLAUCOMA drug/drops. This new cosmetic is based on SAME. So, it will dissolve eye fat. I guess if you really wanted to make less, dissolve or otherwise obliterate fat under your eyes, you could put the Latisse stuff directly on them or maybe just get a hold of the Glacoma drops. The active ingredient is bimatoprost.
